1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We only process data from the following sources:
- Contact form: name, email address, country (optional), reason for the inquiry and the text of the message.
- Newsletter form: email address.
- Affiliate program form: first name, last name, email address, preferred language, channel where you will promote, link to your channel, countries and approximate size of your audience and, if you add it, your message.
- Purchase of a strategy: when you pay, the payment platform provides us with the data necessary to manage your purchase and the activation of the service, such as your name, your email address, the strategy chosen and any additional data you provide in the payment form.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date and time. These are generated automatically by the hosting provider.
- Browsing data with Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner: pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, approximate country or city and the website you came from. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address, and we do not use it to identify you or to show you advertising.

We do not collect bank or card details on quantby.io. Payments are handled entirely on the Stripe platform, which acts as the controller of that data.
3. What we use your data for and on what legal basis

We do not take automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects on users.
4. With whom we share your data
To provide the service we work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf or as controllers of their own service:

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision in force.
5. How long we keep your data
- Form messages: up to 24 months from the last communication.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Server logs: the period applied by the hosting provider, normally between 30 and 90 days.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months. They are then deleted automatically.
- Customer data under contract: the period required by the applicable commercial and tax legislation.
6. Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

- Withdrawal of consent
- Lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, write to soporte@quantby.io stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within a maximum period of one month. If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
7. Minors
QuantBy's services are intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
